The Long Bluff is currently distributed as a private preview. Ask the friend who invited you for the current test-build instructions.
Can chips become money or prizes?
No. Chips are closed-loop virtual items for play inside The Long Bluff. They cannot be cashed out, transferred for value or redeemed for money, goods or prizes.
How do I delete my account?
The fastest route is Profile → Delete my account. If you already removed the app, read the web deletion instructions.
